About Naam
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Naam is quoting software for service providers and small businesses. This page says what it does, how it treats money and data, and who answers questions.
What Naam is
Naam runs in the browser, with nothing to download or install. A provider writes a quote once and sends it to the client as a single link, which the client opens with no account and no app.
The client approves with a single tap or asks for a change, and the approval is kept with the client's name and its date. From then on the provider follows the deposit, the agreed payments and what is still outstanding in the same place.
The dashboard and the client's page are available in Arabic and English. These pages are a good place to start:
Why it was built
Many quotes are sent as a picture or a file in a chat, and the answer then gets lost among the messages: did the client agree, to which version, and how much has been paid?
Naam was built to give the agreement one clear place: a quote the client reads easily on a phone, an approval recorded with their name and its date, and the payments that follow in the same record.
Our commitments
These are the commitments the project rests on, the same ones the pricing page shows:
- The client pays the provider directly and the money never passes through Naam, not for a day, so there is no commission on payments and no money is held.
- The quote reaches the client from the provider's own WhatsApp number, and Naam never messages clients.
- If the price changes later, current subscribers keep theirs for as long as their subscription continues.
- Cancel at any time: Pro stays until the end of the paid period; the account then keeps all its data, and sending resumes when you subscribe again.
- Money back within 30 days of the first payment.
- Export all data to CSV files at any time, on every plan.
- No paid feature is removed without telling subscribers first.
Money and data
Naam never receives, holds or moves a client's money: the quote shows the payment details the provider sets, the client pays the provider directly, and Naam only records the payments reported to it.
The Pro subscription is paid through Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the card details, so they never reach us.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies. The account holder can export or delete their data at any time.
Sign-in is with a Google account or a code sent by email, so there is no password for us to keep.
The details are on these pages:
Who stands behind the project
Naam is an independent project that works under its own name: it is the “we” of the terms and conditions, and the party responsible for data in the privacy policy.
It runs on the services of companies the privacy policy lists by name, each with its role.
Contact and support
Inside the app, the Help section holds articles in Arabic and English and step-by-step fixes for common problems. When it has no answer, the user opens a support request that reaches us directly.
