Our commitments
- The client pays the provider directly and the money never passes through Naam, not for a day, so there is no commission on payments and no money is held.
- The quote reaches the client from the provider's own WhatsApp number, and Naam never messages clients.
- If the price changes later, current subscribers keep theirs for as long as their subscription continues.
- Cancel at any time: Pro stays until the end of the paid period; the account then keeps all its data, and sending resumes when you subscribe again.

- A client's approval is a dated record of acceptance, not a legal signature.
- It is not a tax invoicing system or accounting software.
Questions
Does the client need an account or an app?
Neither: the client opens the link from WhatsApp and approves or asks for changes on that page.
Can Naam be used from any country?
Yes. The free trial works from any country, and subscribing is open in most. The app and the quotes are in Arabic or English, with prices in the business's own currency.
Does money go through Naam?
No money goes through it: Naam shows the payment details the provider sets, and the client pays the provider directly.
What happens after cancelling?
Pro stays until the end of the paid period; your data and sent quotes are kept, and sending new quotes resumes when you subscribe again.
Can the data be exported?
Yes, at any time, to CSV files.
